As an Overnight Stocking Coach, you will:
Lead and develop teams through teaching, training, and active listening, ensuring exceptional customer service standards and business results
Drive financial performance and sales growth by analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales goals
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing outstanding performance
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, developing relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting our mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership or related field
Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with a focus on performance management and development
