Job Title: Online Math Instructor (Grades 6–12) – Part-Time, Remote
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Online Math Instructor to teach middle and high school students (Grades 6–12). This is a flexible, remote teaching opportunity where instructors can schedule both group classes and private 1-on-1 sessions based on their availability.
Responsibilities
• Teach engaging online math lessons for students in Grades 6–12
• Lead small group classes and/or private tutoring sessions
• Prepare lesson materials and guide students in problem-solving and critical thinking
• Provide a supportive and encouraging learning environment
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred)
• 3+ years of teaching or tutoring experience preferred
• Experience teaching online using Zoom, Google Classroom, or Google Workspace
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Preferred: A short demo teaching video
Pay
$30–$50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Schedule
Flexible scheduling:
• After-school hours
• Evening classes
• Weekend availability is a plus
• Choose your own teaching hours
