Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Store Asset Protection Manager to join our team at The Home Depot. As a key member of our Asset Protection team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing asset protection strategies across multiple stores, driving results, and fostering a culture of safety and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective asset protection plans to minimize shrinkage and prevent theft
Conduct investigations, interviews, and audits to identify and address potential security threats
Build and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and other stakeholders to enhance our brand's reputation
Provide coaching, training, and development to asset protection team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them
Collaborate with store management and other teams to drive business results and achieve company goals
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in retail asset protection or a related field
Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of multi-unit retail asset protection experience
Leadership experience in a team environment
Experience with investigations, interviews, and audits
Knowledge of security systems and technologies
LPC/LPQ certification
