As a Logistics Operations Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily logistics activities, leading a team of drivers, and driving a truck to and from designated locations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of drivers and ensure the successful launch and sort of packages in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Operate a 26' box truck, or smaller, daily, and drive to and from designated locations (approximately 4-5 hours of driving per day)
Conduct warehouse tasks, supervise employees, and maintain high safety standards in compliance with company policies
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate technology platforms, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills
Provide exceptional customer service to our crowd-sourced driver partners and internal teams
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in logistics operations management or a related field
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a comprehensive background check
Forklift certification and/or experience operating box trucks is preferred
Proficient in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
