Position: Customer Service Team Member
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Team Member at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:
Helping customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
Providing a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to standards
Engaging customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and completing enrollments
Educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
Assisting with Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
Participating in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
Responsible for completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store
Performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
Supporting shrink and safety programs
Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; executing Company policies and standards
Interacting with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remaining positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promoting commitment to the organization's vision and values; projecting a positive image and serving as a role model for other Team Members
Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
Preferred Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates with:
Retail and/or customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
Physical Requirements:
As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll need to be able to:
Remain standing for long periods of time
Move throughout the store
Regularly bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
