As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for coordinating planes on the ground, handling cargo and baggage, and ensuring our ground operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive experience
Work collaboratively with other Ground Operations teams to meet flight departure timelines
Load, unload, and service aircraft, as well as handle cargo, baggage, and mail
Operate and drive mechanized equipment, such as belt loaders and lift trucks
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to our high standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required
