This is a unique opportunity to work on-site with a large strategic account, managing our MSC ControlPoint Solutions and providing excellent customer service.

Job Summary:
The In-Plant Solutions Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing our MSC ControlPoint Solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to drive long-term customer satisfaction
Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions, including vending, VMI, and crib management programs
Determine optimal sourcing strategies for key customer projects
Collaborate with the account team to maximize customer satisfaction and future projects
Resolve on-site customer product and service issues
Communicate customer concerns to management to ensure effective problem resolution
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
College degree preferred
2+ years of experience in inbound/outbound telephone sales, outside sales, storeroom or inventory management, or customer service
Industry experience preferred
Relevant military experience a plus
Metalworking knowledge and experience a plus
