**Key Responsibilities:**
* Work backwards from customer needs to translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed software architecture and design
* Implement and deploy highly distributed, stable, and scalable services
* Drive best practices across the team for operational excellence
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge to keep up with rapid changes in science and technology
* Collaborate with teams to influence the overall technical strategy of Amazon Music
**Requirements:**
* Professional experience in software development
* Basic informatics of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
* Knowledge of at least one modern programming language such as Java, Scala, or Python
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
* Additional qualifications:
+ Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the entire software development lifecycle
+ Ability to take a project from scope requirements to the actual start of the project
+ Experience creating workflows with large data sets and/or production models for machine learning with distributed computing and big data processing concepts and technologies
+ Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
+ Knowledge of Estonian and English (Common European Framework of Reference C1)
