Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the local area and make recommendations to guests
Complete reports and perform administrative tasks as required
Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No prior experience required, but a passion for hospitality and customer service is essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds
