Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Custodian in overseeing custodial operations and maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
Help select, assign, schedule, and train custodial staff members
Plan and oversee maintenance and repair work, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Monitor time records, certify salary payments, and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Evaluate custodial staff performance, promote safety and health, and perform related duties as required
Use computers and electronic equipment to fulfill job functions and maintain confidentiality of records and information
Requirements:
Black Seal License (High Pressure) and commercial air conditioning experience required
High school diploma or equivalent, with supervisory ability and minimum 3 years of experience in plant operation and maintenance
Demonstrated knowledge of fire/safety laws, valid driver's license, and good moral character
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with students, staff, and community members
