About the Role
As a Social Media Sales Representative with careerzynith, you'll be working with a highly skilled client success team to sell coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You'll be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients, following up with leads, and closing sales. Your day-to-day will consist of:
2 hours of starting new conversations
2 hours of follow-ups
2 hours of organic account growth
1 hour 30 minutes of replying to active leads and closing sales
30 minutes of management and daily communication tasks
You'll be working with a wide variety of coaches in different areas of business, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales, customer service, and leadership.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
An Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
A stable income in USD
A fully working desktop/laptop and a smartphone
A stable internet connection
Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
Be located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
You'll also need to have proven experience in sales/customer service roles, with a minimum of 4 months of experience. If you're not 100% confident in your English skills, we're not the right fit for you.
