With a strong commitment to safety, integrity, and customer satisfaction, we strive to be the preferred choice for our clients and partners. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Ramp Agent – DCA, you will be responsible for: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-related incidents. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to customers' destinations. * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. **Work Environment and Schedule:** This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight.
