About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented entry-level data analyst to join our team. As a data analyst at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in driving business success through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing complex queries, reports, and packages to meet business needs
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and software development
Designing and developing packages for internal clients
Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
Transforming data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
Troubleshooting technical issues
Presenting analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
2-4 years of experience in most of the following areas:
Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.)
Excel
Visual Basic for Applications
Reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL
Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications
We're also looking for candidates with experience in:
Reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
Knowledge of careerzynith systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
Crystal Reporting experience
Required Education
You'll need a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent field of study.
