Job Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. This full-time, remote position is located in Wisconsin, and we're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
Investigating discrepancies as they arise
Completing additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
No prior experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus
A high school diploma or GED is required
The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
Exceptional attention to detail
A desire and ability to be a team player
Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
The ability to type 40-50 WPM or more
Skills and Competencies
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
