Key Responsibilities:


Lead a high-performing team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Develop and implement customer service strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints, address issues, and implement process improvements.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed as a Customer Service Team Lead - Bilingual at arenaflex, you'll need:


A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
At least 3 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (or other languages as required).
