Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our Government and Corporate Affairs team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling air travel on careerzynith, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional support to our clients. If you're a customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering outstanding results, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:


Promote and sell air travel on careerzynith to government and corporate clients
Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer


What You'll Need for Success:

Minimum Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
Knowledge of Native SABRE
Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution
Ability to demonstrate high-level initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable
Satisfactory attendance required


Preferred Qualifications:


Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Knowledge of air travel industry regulations and policies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
