Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Union Benefits Specialist. As a key member of our remote team, you'll play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. About the Role
As a Union Benefits Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service to union members, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, including health insurance, life insurance, and other perks.
Working closely with union associations to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for our clients.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance to our clients.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets, while maintaining a customer-centric approach that prioritizes the needs of our clients.
Requirements for Consideration
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Flexible hours to accommodate our remote work environment.
Fluent English language skills (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required).
Proven customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
