Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide accurate information to customers
Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer experiences
Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers to ensure a clear understanding
Escalating customer dissatisfaction to managerial teams to ensure prompt resolution
Ensuring first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Basic understanding of Windows operating system
Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
Customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
Strong team orientation and customer focus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support is a plus. We're also looking for individuals with:
Previous experience in a contact center or customer-facing role
Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling techniques
Basic knowledge of technical support principles and troubleshooting
