Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates. This is a remote opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to work with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to discuss their needs and preferences
Handle customer service inquiries and problems in a timely and professional manner
Receive and respond to inbound customer calls, providing accurate and helpful information
Identify customer needs and route them to the appropriate department or resource
Work in a blended call center environment, handling both outbound and inbound calls
Support sales efforts and participate in client campaigns related to corporate needs
Document all call information accurately in our system
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
1 to 2 years of related experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in outbound calling techniques and able to handle a fast-paced environment
Outbound dialing, upselling experience, and telemarketing experience are a plus
Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience is a plus
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a call center environment
Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
