Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our National Campaigns Unit, providing shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, navigating complex communication scenarios, and driving business results. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to internal clients, responding to inbound, outbound, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of shareholder communications, including contested proxy meetings and shareholder voting processes. Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that customers understand the importance of their vote and the benefits of supporting our clients' management teams. Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies that drive business results. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our customer service processes and communication strategies. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. At least 6 months of customer service, data entry, or related experience. Good speaking voice and ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to read and correct grammar and English speaking skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment. Knowledge of shareholder communications and proxy voting processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders. Equipment Requirements Windows 10 or 11 operating system. USB headsets (no wireless or Bluetooth). Dual monitors (optional but beneficial). Internet speed: 50 download/10 upload.
