About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative - Concierge Support, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional service to our customers and building strong relationships with our service technicians and operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing excellent customer service to a network of customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Making outgoing phone calls to schedule appointments, provide insights on pest activity in customers' areas, and offer solutions to their pest control needs.
Answering emails and responding to chat requests in a timely and professional manner.
Processing deposits and handling other financial transactions as needed.
Backing up colleagues when needed for soft collections, routing, and data entry.

Previous experience working with customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good typing skills and the ability to work efficiently with technology.
