What You Will Do in This Role As a Chat Support Advisor, you will: Provide customer support via the Internet. Help customers resolve technical financial issues. Assist in correcting billing concerns. Deliver expert customer experiences...with a smile. Your Qualifications Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Location and Work Environment This position is located in Jacksonville, FL, and you will be working on-site at arenaflex's office. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment. Work is generally sedentary in nature.
