Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction goals. About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. You'll be responsible for:


Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Utilizing problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and informed support to customers.
Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, conflict resolution, and automotive industry expertise.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


A high school diploma; Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution.
Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus! Exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
Positive emotional resilience, with the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in challenging situations.
Reliable and secure internet access, as well as a conducive and quiet workspace with minimal distractions.
Location in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT, or NV.


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:


Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
Knowledge of automotive industry software and systems, including labor guides and part pricing.
Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation techniques.
Fluency in multiple languages.
