Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our patients and customers. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Work Outline

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:


Handling patient and customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat.
Entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
Processing new patient enrollments, handling medication refills, and resolving missing medication data issues.
Communicating with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
Working collaboratively with our pharmacy team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.
Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.


Work Liabilities

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:


Utilizing our pharmacy systems to process patient and medication data, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
Handling patient medication demands, including refills and missing medication data issues.
Investigating and resolving complex issues, including missing medication data and clinical truncations (SIG codes).
Settling information section-related exceptions and resolving customer complaints.
Communicating with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.


Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


A high school diploma or equivalent.
Essential computer skills, including basic navigation, typing, and software usage.
Basic web browsing skills, including opening a browser, searching online, and completing online forms.
Typing skills of at least 25 WPM, with the ability to type by memory and organize records.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding performance metrics.


Favored Capabilities

While not required, we prefer candidates with:


At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.
At least one and a half years of pharmacy experience with a declaration or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office.
Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards and assessing customer satisfaction.
Advanced typing skills of at least 35 WPM, with the ability to type by memory and organize records.
Familiarity with Spanish and English.
