As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, translating our product content into Slovakian, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and kindness in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities


Deliver professional and friendly customer support through email and live chat channels, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our customers.
Engage in translating our product content into Slovakian using provided tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our messaging.
Regularly moderate and review translations from fellow team members, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality content.
Uphold a high standard of professionalism and kindness in all interactions, embodying the arenaflex spirit of customer happiness.


Required Skills


Bilingual proficiency in Slovakian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Capability to remain calm and efficient under pressure, even in high-stress situations.
Experience in translation and moderation of content is highly advantageous, but not required.
Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not necessary.


Qualifications


Experience in customer support roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
