Responsibilities and Duties

As an Experienced Administrative Assistant in our Mortgage Division, you'll be responsible for:


Assisting in processing weekly sales, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
Sending out welcome packages and other related clerical duties associated with sales
Providing exceptional client service and support, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
Developing and implementing efficient processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals
Performing other administrative tasks as required, including data analysis, reporting, and research


Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


1 year of office experience, preferably in a mortgage or financial services industry
Excellent computer skills, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
A high school diploma or equivalent, with a post-secondary education or certification in a related field an asset


Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:


Experience with data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance
Experience with CRM software and other business applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
A certification in a related field, such as Microsoft Office or data analysis
