Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
Resolving discrepancies between our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records and our enrollment package records
Collaborating with various internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Monitoring and reconciling eligibility records across multiple systems
Providing excellent customer service and communication skills to resolve issues and concerns
Working with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems and improve efficiency
Discovering and resolving errors from various reports and systems
Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience in data analysis and studies
Healthcare industry experience (desirable)
Working expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
Excellent verbal, trouble-solving, and written communication skills
1-2 years of associated experience (desirable)
Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, having healthcare industry experience will be beneficial in this role.
Education:
A High School Diploma is required for this position.
