Key Responsibilities: Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches. Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes. Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply. Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: Proactivity and ability to work in a team.
