Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer assistance, both pre and post-sales, via phone and chat. Your working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays.
Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this position, you should have:
Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (C1/C2 level)
Previous experience in a call center environment
Strong knowledge of primary computer applications
