Job Title: Delivery Experience Champion - Customer Service Ambassador

Job Summary:
Join our team as a Delivery Experience Champion - Customer Service Ambassador and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our delivery stations. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to customers, resolving issues, and ensuring timely package delivery. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!





Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through direct communication with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Empathize with and prioritize customer needs to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Uphold company values and maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers in a clear and concise manner.
Compose grammatically correct and accurate written responses to customer issues.
Approach problems logically and make quick, effective decisions on behalf of the customer.
Work a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week) to meet the demands of the role.






Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs.
Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook.
Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools.






Nice-to-Haves:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators.
Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand.
