You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer interactions, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: MUST live in the state of Oklahoma full-time. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in a highly transactional call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. High-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a consistent connection. A work location with a direct connection to the router (NOT Wi-Fi). Education A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required for this role.
