Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Coordinator at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:


Creating a positive internal and external customer experience by promoting a culture of honesty and integrity, maintaining confidentiality, and leading by example
Training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, including personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs
Assigning registers, supporting and responding to POS coverage needs, and coordinating breaks for all Associates
Addressing customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
Ensuring Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan, prioritizing as needed
Communicating accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities, providing progress updates
Providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback
Partnering with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
Ensuring adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
Promoting credit and loyalty programs
Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs
Promoting safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment
Other duties as assigned


Essential Qualifications:

To be successful as a Customer Experience Coordinator at careerzynith, you'll need:


Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
A strong understanding of merchandising techniques
The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
The ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
Team player skills, working effectively with peers and supervisors
The ability to train others
1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience


Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:


Experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success
Knowledge of loyalty programs and credit card promotions
Experience with POS systems and inventory management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
