Responsibilities include:
Conducting research and analyzing financial and healthcare utilization data to inform business planning and strategic decisions
Performing financial modeling and preparing clear reports to support informed decision-making
Evaluating healthcare contract terms and developing strong business cases to maximize return on investment and increase revenue
Coordinating special projects related to facilities planning, capital improvements, and organizational development
Presenting findings and insights to support leadership decision-making and performance improvement

To be considered for this role, you must meet the minimum requirements:
Two years of full-time professional experience performing research and analytical work in a healthcare setting
A completed Bachelor's degree in Public/Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field

Proficient in conducting research and developing data-driven business cases
