Experience and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable; bilingual candidates will have an advantage.
Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications effectively.
