As an Area Manager - Quality Assurance/Systems, you will be responsible for:
Communicating effectively with individuals and groups to achieve facility goals and resolve concerns
Implementing business plans, managing staffing and scheduling, and coordinating workloads to drive success
Maintaining quality and safety standards by training associates, monitoring compliance, and distributing procedures and documentation
Supervising and developing associates and leaders, providing feedback and coaching to enhance performance
Managing the execution of QA guidelines, procedures, and programs to increase building efficiency and maintain inventory integrity
Overseeing systems hardware and software maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience
OR Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Logistics or related field
OR 2 years Walmart logistics experience
OR 2 years supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Inventory Management
Microsoft Office
Supervising Associates
Walmart Logistics Manager
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Logistics
