Job Title: Analyst, HR Compliance - American Airlines Entry Level Carport Jobs in Texas ($27/Hour)
Job Description:

As an Analyst, HR Compliance, you will play a vital role in maintaining legal and regulatory compliance, investigating and communicating requirements, and supporting the HR Compliance team and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and communicate legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
Support the HR Compliance team and activities, including acquiring fingerprint/background check results and processing unique fingerprint clearance letters
Maintain relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and resolve any database issues
Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different records, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance
Collaborate with clients and teams consistently
Review completed Fingerprint Applications for accuracy and retransmit fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
3 years of experience in HR
Preferred experience with Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and access to the TSA Clearinghouse database
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and Vlookup
Advanced Access skills
Ability to interpret large data sets to create meaningful reports
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven ability to manage fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements
