Key Responsibilities:
Answer calls and emails from customers and travel agents regarding schedule changes
Utilize airline computer systems to review and update flight information
Collaborate with other departments to resolve schedule change issues
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Meet established metrics and utilize Microsoft Teams, Zendesk, and other tools for communication and problem-solving
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of related experience and/or training preferred
Experience with airline systems and internal reservation systems a plus
Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
