Customer Service Sales Representative Duties As a Customer Service Sales Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Assisting with inbound customer calls to resolve general service inquiries and provide timely solutions to client-related problems. Following up with existing and potential clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Reviewing billing questions with clients and providing clear explanations of our products and services. Performing other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of our team. Solid computer skills, including knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required. Education and License Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Hold an active Property and Casualty insurance license in the state of California.
