We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Union Benefits Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. About the Role
As a Union Benefits Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service to union members, responding to their inquiries and requests for information about available benefits
Educating members about the benefits they're eligible for, and guiding them through the enrollment process
Handling sales-related conversations with members who wish to opt-in for additional benefits, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
Working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements for Consideration
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Flexible hours to accommodate our clients' needs
Fluent English language skills (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required)
Residency in California (we're proud to be a California-based company)
