Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Retail Front Desk Associate at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards
Processing customer orders, bills, and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance, and termination
Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Working with established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
Identifying problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assessing each using standard procedures, and making sound decisions
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
A high school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in a customer service or retail environment
Post-secondary school education may substitute for years of experience (or equivalent)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
A high level of professionalism and integrity
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
Experience in the auto glass industry or a related field
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
Fluency in multiple languages
