Responsibilities
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
Handling incoming calls from customers in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Completing Evidence of Insurance requests and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of policy change requests.
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional inquiries or concerns.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of careerzynith products and services, including policy details, coverage options, and benefits.
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support.
Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
A valid Property & Casualty license, Personal Lines License, or Life and Health License.
Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and Internet applications.
A quick learning ability and a team player attitude, with a commitment to growth and development.
The ability to pass a credit and background check.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Knowledge of careerzynith products and services, including policy details and coverage options.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology applications.
A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or a related field.

A base salary of $22.00 - $25.00 per year, depending on experience.
