As a Customer Service Specialist in our Government and Corporate Affairs team, you'll play a vital role in promoting and selling air travel on careerzynith, while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell air travel on careerzynith to government and corporate clients
Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
Communicate with customers over the phone to research passenger complaints, advise of cancelled or delayed flights, and communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that affect the customer
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and memorable
What You'll Need for Success
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
Knowledge of Native SABRE
Ability to be resourceful and creative in problem resolution
High level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability
Satisfactory attendance required
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
Knowledge of the aviation industry and its regulations
Fluency in multiple languages
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
