Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Call Center Representative to join our careerzynith team. As a key member of our customer service and data entry team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to our clients. Work Outline

As a Call Center Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:


Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
Entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
Handling patient medication requests, including entering top-off orders and resolving missing information
Investigating and resolving data entry-related exceptions and discrepancies
Communicating with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide support
Working collaboratively with our pharmacy team to identify and resolve issues, and to provide support and guidance as needed
Meeting productivity and quality standards, including handling high-volume calls and resolving complex issues


Work Liabilities

As a Call Center Representative at careerzynith, you'll be expected to:


Utilize our pharmacy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments and update patient information
Handle patient medication requests and enter top-off orders, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
Investigate and resolve missing information and clinical truncations (SIG codes)
Settle data entry-related exceptions and discrepancies
Communicate with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide support
Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to identify and resolve issues, and to provide support and guidance as needed


Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


A high school diploma or equivalent
Essential level computer skills, including basic navigation and functionality
Essential web browsing skills, including opening a browser, searching online, and completing forms
Basic keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 WPM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and quality standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Favored Capabilities

While not required, we prefer candidates with:


At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
At least one and a half years of pharmacy experience with a declaration or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards and assessing customer satisfaction
Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 WPM
Familiarity with Spanish and English
