Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell air travel on careerzynith, using your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with our customers.
• Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets, using our industry-leading technology to streamline your work.
• Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner, using your creative problem-solving skills to find solutions.
• Communicate with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising on cancelled or delayed flights, and communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that affect the customer.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What You'll Need for Success:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills.
• Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar technology.
• Ability to be resourceful and creative in problem resolution.
• High level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability.
• Satisfactory attendance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with careerzynith's policies and procedures.
