What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience & Data Insights Specialist (Home Advisor), your primary responsibility will be to gather, record, and analyze customer feedback that drives meaningful improvements across our entire product ecosystem. This position offers a unique blend of customer interaction, data management, and strategic contribution to our innovation pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:


Opinion Sharing & Feedback Collection: Engage with customers through various communication channels to gather detailed feedback on arenaflex products, services, and user experiences. You'll conduct thoughtful conversations to understand customer needs, preferences, pain points, and suggestions for improvement.

Data Entry & Management: Accurately record and organize customer opinions, feedback, and insights into our state-of-the-art database systems. Maintain exceptional attention to detail to ensure all data is entered correctly, efficiently, and consistently.

Customer Support Excellence: Provide outstanding customer support through phone, chat, email, and social media channels. Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression of arenaflex.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams, marketing departments, and senior leadership to share customer insights and contribute to product improvement initiatives. Your observations will directly impact future product decisions.
