What You'll Do in This Role

As a Work at Home Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in representing some of the world's most recognized brands. Customer Service Advisor Track


Handle incoming and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Assist customers by following structured call flow guides to accurately answer questions and resolve issues
Navigate multiple database systems to track, document, and retrieve customer information efficiently
Identify opportunities to enhance customer success by offering relevant additional products or services
Maintain detailed records of all interactions to ensure seamless customer experiences
Meet or exceed performance metrics while upholding arenaflex's service standards


Sales Advisor Track


Close sales transactions with confidence using proven B2B or B2C sales techniques
Develop and execute prospecting strategies to identify new business opportunities
Master product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to customers
Build strong, lasting client relationships based on trust and exceptional service
Implement retention strategies to minimize customer churn and maximize lifetime value
Upsell and spontaneously offer additional products and services when appropriate
Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all sales documentation and transactions


Technical Support Advisor Track


Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products with precision
Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service support across multiple channels
Apply advanced problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical challenges
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearable technology
Demonstrate familiarity with iOS, macOS, Android, Windows, and comparable operating systems
Create detailed technical documentation to support future troubleshooting efforts
Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams when necessary while maintaining customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications


High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of six months customer service experience OR hard sales experience (for sales positions)
A quiet, distraction-free home office environment with the ability to maintain professionalism during customer interactions
Talent for delivering outstanding service with a customer-first mentality
Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge
High-speed internet connection (specific requirements will be discussed with your recruiter)
Smartphone with reliable service for verification and communication purposes
Must be at least 18 years of age
Legal authorization to work in your country of residence


Preferred Qualifications


Previous experience in call center, customer service, sales, or technical support environments
