About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a fast-paced, fun environment where no two days are ever the same. Your key responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
Working with our food program and other store initiatives to drive sales and growth
Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Working collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
A strong sales acumen, with the ability to promote products and drive sales growth

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
Previous retail and customer service experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment
Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth
A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and communication
A motivation to advance in their career, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company
Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with assistance as needed
Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
