We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Live Chat Support Representative to join our customer support team. Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and customer experience.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is a plus.
Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
A basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including email and chat platforms.
The ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
