Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
Greeting customers and providing them with a warm and welcoming experience
Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
Making purchase suggestions and promoting arenaflex products and services
Working with our food program and providing customers with a seamless experience
Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance and being available to work a variety of shifts
Interacting with customers daily, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise
Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about customer service, sales, and teamwork. If you have:
Previous retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
A motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit
Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to:
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
