Merchandiser - CONCORDIA: Drive Success with Heartland Coca-Cola

**Job Description:**
Join Our Team! We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at Heartland Coca-Cola. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products are stocked and displayed in retail accounts, providing an exceptional customer experience. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:


Maintaining and replenishing products in store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers, ensuring timely sales and product freshness.
Building, changing, or removing product displays while adhering to company standards, maintaining product signage, and cleaning product space.
Managing backroom inventory, identifying, monitoring, and reporting inventory levels in partnership with account managers.
Evaluating and processing damaged product, re-packing product, and organizing backroom materials.
Communicating with coworkers and customers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining professional relationships.


We're looking for a candidate with:


A high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor, or a related field.
A valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and a driving record within policy guidelines.
Prior experience using equipment such as pallet jacks and high loader lifts, and the ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.
Basic computer application and technology skills, including the ability to operate a smartphone and/or laptop.
Flexibility with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays due to customer demand.
